AFZ sensor APS-R-PoE

The modern sensor variant ROSHO APS-R-PoE for recording the number of boarding and alighting passengers. Ideally suited for use of passenger counting of buses, trains and other public transport. The APS-R-PoE is the modern passenger counter. It uses 3D image processing algorithms to analyze passenger flow in near real-time. It achieves counting accuracy of 98% or higher. Counts boarding and alighting passengers with the highest accuracy available on the market (99% or higher accuracy). The APS-R-PoE meets the accuracy requirements of VDV 457-2. Up to 10 individual counting lines per device are possible. They record separate values for the individual door entrances or the upper and lower decks without the need for additional devices. The APS-R-PoE improves ease of use, maximizes options of new remote connectivity and automates many procedures. The sensor can distinguish between adults and children. Furthermore, it can detect bicycles and wheelchairs. The sensor automatically determines the mounting angle, floor profile and ceiling height. Intuitive and straightforward setting of all other parameters is done via the web user interface. As a result, labor costs for installation, commissioning and operation of conventional APC units can be reduced. Additional component parts required. The roots of today’s ROSHO GmbH Rose & Holiet go back to the 1970s: everything began with entertainment systems – initially not on four wheels, but for the retail and catering sectors The company entered the world of commercial vehicles in the 1980s with the development of audio-visual products for coaches, which quickly established themselves as sought-after alternatives to the market-leading products of the time. As pioneers, Rose & Holiet developed the first camera surveillance systems for vehicles.

Today, ROSHO Automotive Solutions has specialized in system solutions and products for trucks, public transport and commercial vehicles – for a good two decades as a contemporary and flexible company. We are optimally equipped for the future of mobility:

We have been using digital, networked and intelligent technologies for many years and are already working on the next step for more safety on the road – with innovative hardware and software that we refine into highly reliable complete systems
